Q: Can I visit the factory? Can your factory arrange pick-up for me?
A: Dear friend, it is a great pleasure to invite you to visit the sink factory. We will take about 1 to 1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou city to factory; we can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou.
Q: Can the factory print our logo on the product?
A: Our factory can print customer's logo on the product by laser with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us with a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A: The staffs in our design department are well experienced in the industry, with more than 5 to 11 years experience.
We can make customized products especially for you,please kindly contact us.
Q: How is sink production capability?
A: Generally 20000 pcs per month for pressing and 15000pcs for handmade.
Q: What accessory does your factory provide for sink products?
A: Drainer, soap dispenser,colander ,drain basket, grids ,cuttingboard,faucet,etc .
Q: What's your stainless steel grade?
A: Normally, 304/316 stainless steel or 201 is available,that depends on customer requirement.
Q: Does your handmade sink need to pay for the expensive anti-dumping duty when exporting to Amercia or Canada,Australia?
A: Our handmade sink series, including undermount , topmount, apron farmhouse sink. And this type of sink products are no need to pay for the such tax .
